Another study published in the journal of the American Heart Association (AHA), Circulation Heart Failure, demonstrates the cardioprotective effect of coffee as it is associated with a decrease in the risk of developing heart failure. This meta-analysis of five prospective studies, carried out by the Harvard University School of Public Health, communicates that, once the consumption of four cups of coffee is exceeded, its beneficial properties decrease, again experiencing an increase in cardiovascular risk.
